Visit to the Museum with short piano concert
The museum itself is a reconstruction of Franz Liszt’s last Budapest apartment in the old Academy of Music, where the famous composer lived between 1881 and 1886. The museum’s collection contains his original and very special instruments, furniture, books, personal objects and memorabilia. It is a treasury of educational activities. Museum experts and musicologists have imparted their knowledge and passion on creating interactive programmes for visitors.
Program includes
A guided tour of the Museum, and a 15-20 minute long private concert by a young talent playing on Liszt’s original piano.
According the group’s interests longer programmes are also available, as well as educational lectures in connection to Liszt’s life and music.
